Client turned off but tuner stays locked with 100% dropped

I'm noticing that in my particular instance, I have “ghost” clients (mostly those on a different subnet) that, when they disconnect, they do not release the tuner but sit indefinitely in a 100% drop state. I do have Tuner Sharing on.

Here’s an example client readout on the web UI:

Watching ch7.1 WXYZ-HD from Realtek Bluetooth: strength=66% quality=100% symbol=100% rate=6.4Mb/sec buf=100% drop=100%

Is there a way to boot clients that hit this 100% drop state? Right now I’m not sure how to get my tuner back without restarting my HDHomeRun.
