Collections issue with m3u

I’m able to see my channels from my IPTV provider in guide. However when I try to add those channels to collections they do not appear. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Only channels with guide data set currently appear in the list

I checked, guide data is in the guide list, however does not in appear when adding the channels to collections.

Maybe your m3u file is missing channel-id tags then so the dvr can't distinguish the channels

Ok thanks, I’ll dig deeper into the issue

I have 2 channels without guide m3u and they do show in collection to select. those are my News 12 New York and News 12 Long Island.
