Commercial Detection failed

Hi. I am currently running version 2018.04.05.2308 on Windows 10. I recorded 4 different shows tonight and only one I noticed in the log failed the commercial detection.

I am just reporting in case the exit code from the log means anything to you. It could just be a random and odd failure and mean nothing but here is the excerpt from the log:

Last time I checked you were utilizing a Nvidia Shield for DVR…back to Win10 again? What prompted the change?

For me, I was going to try my non-pro Shield again for DVR, but cannot seem to get the download for the Nvidia DVR…Play Store shows it is loaded on Shield…but cannot find on Shield (even after rebooting).

@DebbieFL - I switched over because I haven’t made up my mind what direction I want to go with my DVR setup to be honest. It was working fine on the Shield for me but then I thought that maybe I want to archive my recordings using MCEBuddy which I can only do on the Win 10 machine.

I have gone back and forth on this at least 5 times! lol

Did you download the DVR directly from the Shield playstore or via the Web? If so, and I think you have more than one Shield on your network (?) could it have gone to the wrong one?

Thanks for reply…only 1 Shield…but two Google Accounts. Have tried both…Still rebooting and retrying. PITA

The commercial detection bug has been fixed for the next DVR build.

I haven’t seen this issue in a while but it happened again tonight on a recording of The Simpsons.

Here is the log section:

There was an episode of Bob’s Burgers and Genius Junior that recorded just before that and both of those completed with success.
