Commercial Detection for VEVO channels on Pluto

Commercial detection for Vevo music video channels on Pluto has never worked for me; no commercials at all are picked up on most recordings (I think it may have worked on a couple in that past). Other Pluto channels used to have similar issues but are working fine now.

Redetect commercials doesn't seem to do anything.

Email a recording debug log to [email protected] and we can see if it can be improved
