Commercial detection stopped working?

Recently, my channels DVR server just stopped detecting commercials. I haven't changed any setting, not even rebooted the server it's running on. Any idea why?

The only thing in the log is not very useful:

Something that may be relevant. This channel switched to HDR and AC4 audio some months back. comskip has been working fine with it after the switch, and only in the last couple days has it started crashing. Here's what ffmpeg -i shows for the recording:
