Commercials not being detected

I've looked over all my settings and everything appears to have be set correctly, but none of my recordings are be setup for comskip detection. I checked back several days worth of programs and there was no detection performed at all.

Is there something I'm missing? Help would be appreciated.

Make sure you have Detect Commercials enabled in web page.

Have you looked at the logs - Support/Logs?

It should have something like this:

Running commercial detection on file 9633 (blah blah)
Commercial detection for blah blah finished with 10 markers in 5m6.526267015s (2 threads).

Please submit diagnostics from your Channels DVR Server web admin. Without it, we can't determine anything.
