Community search too strict

Has anyone else noticed that the built-in search for this community site has become very strict? It's very difficult to search for existing threads without using Google or another external search engine.

Here's an example of no results with the built-in search vs. many results in Google:

This would be the place to ask that question.

Just use Google.

You don't have to go outside the service you paid for to figure it out.

Google is fine, it's just a change I noticed since 3+ months ago. I only noticed it because it's gotten much more annoying to use the site. The search results used to be very comprehensive.

I also have found that the search option in this community has been coming up short. It seems to me that it used to be more flexible. I suppose there must be a balance between too many hits, and too few.
However, thank you for helping me learn something new. I didn't know that you could Google search a specific site. I'll give that method a try next time...

I'm sure the developers here appreciate your attempt to solve problems on your own with forum searches.

I'm not sure if this is purposely sarcastic but yes, I do try to search things first before I post so that I'm not pointlessly opening new threads? I only posted because I was wondering if the developers tweaked settings on the community site or something. The worse results are probably leading some new users to not find existing threads about bugs or issues. I've been a Channels user for years and am pretty familiar with this forum.

Edit: Kryptonyte reached out and this was just a miscommunication. Apologies!

I've noticed that recently too.
At least this forum gives you a google site search button when No results are found.

I have noticed it too. I'm not sure what changed.

Boy, oh boy. Thanks for pointing that out. That Google search was RIGHT THERE the whole time! SMH...
