Complete library scan after unexpected reboot

Today we lost power for a brief second, enough to cause an unexpected reboot of my Mac Mini M2. After which, Channels did a complete rescan of my entire library, marking everything as unwatched. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Is this normal behavior?

How can you tell it did that? Log entries?
Sounds like a Channels DVR database file got corrupted.

I use UPS's for my Channels DVR Servers. May want to invest in one.
