That looks normal and correct.
Not sure why mine is different.
Mediainfo, TSReader and VideoReDo all identify the audio in my recording.
Will have to see tomorrow on the Fox Football recording.
I can’t find any noticeable errors other than channel log’s saying failed. May be you can
Thanks, but no need for that.
comskip identified stereo audio in your recording, but not mine.
Maybe because mine was only 10 minutes long. Don't know why.
@tmm1 Got a chance to watch the Villanova Butler game and the commercials are non existent. Comskip reported in channels dvr log as commercial detection failed. It seems either the dvr did not record the commercials and spliced the recording back together or comskip actually didn’t fail but detected perfectly then deleted the commercials and spliced it back together. The commercials are not being skipped, they are not part of the recording. If the commercials are in 720 it seems fox when in 4K would be an ideal candidate for channels smart ad detection. Let me know if you want the comskip log on this latest game.
Shhh, don't tell Fox.
Are you saying there are no commercials in the recording, even when viewing it with VLC or another player?
Correct unfortunately it won’t play in any of my VLC apps desktop,iOS, or shield tv to check
If you view details for the recording and click on the FILE ID, does it show any commercials there?

Yep, so either Channels DVR didn't use any method to detect commercials, or what it did use didn't detect any.
I don't watch Basketball on FS1, but I think it's unusual there were none in the last hour that you recorded.
Did a very short recording (~4 mins) of the Creighton at Butler game to test comskip again.
comskip detected a commercial block (that really wasn't), so at least I know comskip works with the 4K/HDR.
Can you re-run with latest prerelease on that original fox recording?
Unfortunately I deleted them yesterday and trash is empty. Maybe someone else can. I don’t have any 4K recordings to test with.
I kept the first recording (that comskip didn't see an audio track in)
Just kicked off a redetect using 2023.01.17.0457
Will report back tomorrow how it went.
comskip took 100 minutes to run and thought it found a commercial block.
This time it identified the audio track!

Okay great glad the audio fix worked.
I will take a look at multi-threading again sometime
Much better results this time.
The second recording shown here is 4K/HDR, except for the ads which are 1920x1080p.
Only took 40 minutes this time for comskip using two threads.
The game took up the first 3 minutes, 25.5 seconds of the recording, followed by a commercial break that ran all the way to the end of the recording at 5 minutes, 11.56 seconds.
comskip didn't identify the whole commercial break, it missed the first three commercial blocks (1 minute, 16.96 seconds).
However, it did put a scene marker where the commercial break started (where resolution changed from 4k to 1080p) in the .VPrj file it generated for VideoReDo.
I'm guessing if I recorded a little longer until the game resumed, it would've identified the whole commercial break.
58min recording didn’t fail for the first time. I’ll have to check later for the accuracy but looks promising
