Is there a way to remove the comskip files from my TV Show library? They appear as their own show with a date of Dec. 31, 1969. I manually go in and delete them sometimes but they always reappear.
Logs/comskip/3592/video.mpg shows up as the path.

Is there a Logs folder in either of those directories ?
In the Plex/TV Shows one there is.
That's the problem. Sounds like you need to delete that. You must have been mixing directories for Plex and Channels at some point.
