It's an AND. The easy way to check is to look at the Matches tab.

I do wish there were a little cheat sheet in the gui for those of us that are forgetful, but you can see in the Matches tab what will actually match your criteria.

Pretty simple really.
All conditions are ANDed together, except fields that have multiple CONTAINS.

Every condition must match (AND) except that multiple Field CONTAINS conditions here are ORed together (Time must contain either 8pm OR 9pm OR 10pm)
