Hi guys, why is it that when I watch something I'm always getting a connection lost for a channel I contacted my provider and he said the channel is good any reasons why it's giving me a connection lost? My internet is fast and I restarted my device still the same lol.
Hello there sir have been having a lot of connection lost 509 I restarted my device no luck I sent a diagnostic to you guys but never heard back do you know why I keep on getting connection lost I asked my provider channels are fine.
You can try HLS if they offer it
Did you tell them you're getting 509 error? It can happen if you try to watch or record too many channels
