“Connection Lost” question

Once in a while I get “Connection Lost” when watching TVE on my Apple TV’s. Today it happened while watching NewsMax. Does this error indicate a lost connection to the server/host or does it relate to the channel provider? I’m also confused as to why the client doesn’t try to reconnect?

Remove channels from memory and restart the APP.....'

It happens to me also and I think it is from the APP sitting inactive for a while.....it loses some handshake.
