Hello, I have Channels DVR and been using the monthly service for about 1 1/2 months now. I am starting to see constant pausing when I am watching tv it will just pause itself and I have to hit the button on my remote to unpause it, very annoying as it happen a lot. Also if it is not pausing itself it pops up the bottom banner that shows the as if it is going to pause itself, also very annoying. I have a HDHomeRun setup and my channels DVR is setup in a 3 month old Nivida Shield TV Pro. The pro has a 500 GB drive and I have a 1 TB external usb drive as well. I just do not know why out of the blue I am now having this pausing/stoping issue.
Can you please go to the bottom of the Player tab and click Submit Diagnostics the next time this happens?
