Using the control centre remote app, the app shows buttons for skipping forward and backwards. They are, I think, standard remote app buttons that jump 10 seconds at a time. The only issue is that Channels does 30 seconds forwards and 7 seconds back.
Personally, I prefer the 30/7 that channels does but it is impossible to ignore that this doesn’t match up with the buttons in the app.
