Could not start stream for TVE-Philo TVE: adobe auth reg code: chrome failed to start

After reinstalling ChannelsDVR server on a new server I can't seem to get a number of my Philo channels to work. They come up with:

Streaming to the tuner failed. Press play to try again.
Get: <server_IP>:8089/devices/TVE-Philo/channels/6101/
stream.mpg: 503 service unavailable.

I can remove and add Philo to Channels as a source. I can authenticate and watch in a browser and also in the Philo app on my AppleTV just fine.

For some reason there are a few channels on Philo that will not resolve using ChannelsDVR.

Just started in the past few days, same issue except NONE of my Philo channels are available through Channels. Rebooted host (Mac mini), rebooted Channels, rescanned Philo, still nothing, not on host browser nor any client devices. All Philo channels fine using Philo app on my Apple TV, iPad and iPhone. Any help appreciated.

I'm having the same problem with only the discovery channels on DirecTV Stream. Started yesterday (7/17) roughly around noon.

I may have solve this. I noticed in the log the following:

TVE: Could not fetch playlist from bcovlive-a.akamaihd.net

My firewall has a built in ad-blocking function, so I whitelisted "akamaihd.net" (bi-directional) for my DVR server and am now able to stream the few Philo channels that were getting the adobe auth error.
