Couple issues with version 2019.12.10.0244

Selecting "View Recording Log" for a recording now opens the url
http://127.0.0.1:8089/dvr/files/undefined/log
where undefined should be the file#

Selecting "Fix Video Timestamps" fails with unexpected EOF.

For failed attempts at Fix Video Timestamps

Original recording

I also noticed for each attempt it created and left a file in the recording directory
