Cox DRM as of 2021 and channels being hidden in channels dvr

On January 7, 2021 Cox has enabled DRM on majority of their channels in Orange County, CA. Those channels show up in HDHomerun App and HDHR3 Prime. However, they show hidden on channels dvr. I have tried going into the webgui to unhide the channels and it does not keep the changes. If you have fixed this issue can you please help resolve.

Channels DVR Version 2020.12.10.1836
Prime Firmware: 20200907

Stations with DRM are not supported with Channels.

Thank you for the quick reply.

Just wanted to let others know who have this issue that I called Cox Cable card support and they paired the card again which solved the DRM problem.
