Is there something I need to turn on to see my CPU load?

Windows does not report load averages

What specifically are you wondering about? Windows doesn’t do load averages, that’s a Linux thing...

I'm was curiosity for something similar for windows like the network load? Anyway no a big deal.. I'm just learning Channels DVR.. thanks your respond

Best equivalent is to launch task manager and look at the performance tab. There is a wealth of information there. You can also launch resource monitor from there, which goes into even more detail.
