had to reset latest link to 2019.07.23.1739 to get it to run.

This bug was introduced in v2019.07.21.1718 and fixed in v2019.07.24.1707

It occurs randomly when the DVR is shutting down, either due to the DVR checkbox being unchecked or from shutting down during an upgrade.

Updated fine this time. I did have the DVR checkbox checked and it appeared to have crashed while shutting the DVR down for the update last time.
