Creating Pandora-like Virtual Channels for Music Videos?

I'd like to create a set of virtual channels with ad-free music videos. Since I stream Pandora One all-day everyday, I'm pretty familiar with making use of the Music Genome Project.

My question is, has anyone done anything like this using Channels DVR? If I was to create a wish list for something like this, it would probably include:

  • Create an M3U based on one of my existing Pandora "stations"
    (This might work: Import your playlist from Pandora to M3U | MusConv ?)
  • Download Music Videos that correspond to that M3U
    (YouTube Premium maybe?)
  • Create a Channels DVR Virtual Channel containing those music videos
  • Have the above be reasonably automated

So does anything like this already exist -- all or in part? Or is there an existing service/project that'll do something like this (Pandora-like, ad-free), that'll integrate with Channels?
