Creating pass: option to use current channel as default

Hi everyone. Not sure if this possible or an existing option. I’ve found with other members of my family the need to type in a specific channel number when creating a pass has been confusing or missed, which leads to a few duplicate recordings.

E.g last week I set a pass for new Great British Bake Off episodes on 104, but by default it’s picking up multiple other “new” re-runs on several other channels, including airings on +1 channels immediately after the original airing.

Ideally I would want to create a pass on this show and have it by default record from channel 104 unless I say otherwise. Would this be possible? Thanks

Use an advanced pass and specify the channel

Sorry, this doesn’t look like what I’m looking for. I’m talking about setting a normal pass on the TV apps and ideally selecting the channel number of the show you’ve selected by default (like the Bake Off and 104 example).

I’m more than fine going into the DVR GUI, tweaking the passes and adding channel numbers if needed, but no chance my other family members are able to do that. I’d rather their experience of setting recordings/passes on the TV apps be as seamless as possible
