CSPAN isn't showing up on the section to add the channels to my collection. However, on CSPAN's site, I'm able to log in with my credentials. How can I get these channels on my lineup?
Update to the latest pre-release version of Channels DVR
Open the dropdown next to your TVE Provider source on the Channels DVR web UI and select Rescan Channels
What does it show next to the CSPAN channels?
If an error appears use the gear dropdown and select Rescan for the channel
This all assumes you get CSPAN from your Provider that offers it as a TVE channel.
Select your provider here to see if Channels DVR supports the CSPAN channels from your provider.
It says cable provider not available. But after rescan it didn't event appear.
But when I go on CSPAN site it lets me log in.

What cable provider?
When you're in that rescan view it should show all channels available from your provider, even if there's an error.
What does it say in your Channels DVR log about the rescan you did?
Here's the website Channels DVR uses for CSPAN, CSPAN2 and CSPAN3. If you can login there and watch it should work with Channels DVR.

In the view of Manage Lineup. The cspan channels are blanked out cable not authenticated. And when I click again after I close. It doesn't appear at all again.

If you can't access your DVR logs, you should probably submit Diagnostics from the Channels DVR web UI so the devs can look into it.
