CURL command to extract channel, name, station ID and source

Is there a CURL command (or some other method) to extract out all of the channels being served by the DVR server. I want to be able to build a list of channel number, channel, name, station ID, and the source that brought that channel into the system (YTTV, TVE, PLUTO etc).

Basically I want to answer the questions:

  1. Do I get that channel? And what is the channel number?
  2. Is a channel repeated from multiple sources?
