This is what I have so far. It is watchable but not recordable and I'm sure I don't have it completely correct.

See above m3u contents. This will load if you copy and paste into notepad+ or other text editor ( preferably not windows notepad). I don't have much experience with this stuff, but here is both Lindell Live Channels and the a channel logo as well. Hope it works. I have no idea how to get EPG and did not see any thing resembling one on the website with the integrated web player they are using. For now you would have to look at the website to see what is on the schedule. Maybe someone smarter than me can get an EPG going. It should be recordable in 1 hour blocks and is set to Load as HLS and point to local .m3u, use channel logo from guide and leave EPG blank

It appears the Lindell #1 no longer works? 403 Forbidden.

Edit: I think the stream is also down on their site.
