Custom Channels M3U Can't Stream To App

A while back I had Custom Channels (using m3u files) working fine. It's been a while since I've been using the server and app, but trying to restart things I can't get any of my custom channels to work through the app on an Android streaming box. I have the m3u in place and it works fine through the CDVR web interface -> Guide -> Watch Now, so I think the m3u file is OK. At the app all of the custom channels are there in the guide, but none of them will stream. When trying to view a channel through the app things time out and the app stream says "Streaming to tuner failed...Service Unavailable". The server log file says "Could not start stream for M3U-HDHRM3U8 ch4.2 GRIT: M3U: 901 Tuner Unreachable: Timeout after 20s connecting to: http://(IP):8089/devices/10917F5E/channels/4.2/stream.mpg?format=ts

So in summary I think I have a good m3u-based custom channels source but for some reason the app can't stream any of the channels.

Not sure what you deleted but at least maybe you are thinking about it. Here is some more info: I have since installed the Channels app on my android cell phone with the same results. I have a TVE source, an HDHR source, and an m3u file with rtsp links for my home cameras. All of those sources work fine to all of my Channels clients. But in my most recent attempt to create and deploy a new m3u source I can get no streams at any of my clients. Maybe I'll do a test where I copy one of my working sources and deploy it as a new source and see if that works. I am using the Beta 8.25.131 version of the app.
