I have added custom thumbnails to episodes within a TV series. On the server web app and iOS client app they display, however on the Android TV app (NVIDIA Shield) they do not, I just see the purple background where the thumbnail should be. I have tried force closing the app but that makes no difference. If I remove the custom thumbnail, the autogenerated one re-appears (without closing the app), if I then add a custom one again, no thumbnail is displayed.
