Cut commercials from MPG

Is there a program for MacOS that can be used to physically cut out the commercials from a show/movie? The only thing I can think of better than commercial skip is not having them at all. I know commercial skip works great but cutting out 1/4 of each hour will save a lot of storage space as well. Thanks in advance for the reply.

There's LosslessCut, which is essentially just a frontend for Ffmpeg.

I use Avidemux on a Mac mini.

Can you run VideoReDo on a Mac, somehow? They seems to have a pretty good handle on mpg
