Again Kudos to @froach85 for playlist.

For EPG generator go to Github

For those outside USA, stream is geo-blocked for my smartDNS but should work with VPN.

The tvc-guide-stationid tag is to map Gracenote stationids to facilitate easy guide mapping without the need of an XMLTV guide. Since this channel does not have a Gracenote supplied stationid, it makes more sense to just keep this information in channel-id. (If you really want to give this a call sign, you might be better off using tvg-name.)

Feel free to make any adjustments for your own use :slight_smile:

Literally 5 minutes ago, I found out that it was possible to watch The CW live via CW Seed at cwseed.com/watch-live

So I came here to see if there was any discussion about adding the CW Seed to Channels DVR.

@tmm1, any possibility to add it officially to Channels DVR?

Thank you, @beyo77 for sharing this playlist.

After looking at it more, I can see now that it's not actually the live stream of the CW channel itself. It's more like Pluto TV channel with CW programming. That is probably why it hasn't been added with the other channels.
The playlist will do. Thank you.

Thank you for sharing. I love adding new content.

Do you have or know where to get a epg link for channel.

I dont know how to use the epg generator from github

Same question. Got Apache and PHP installed on my Rpi, but can't figure out where to go from there. I put the php into /var/www/html folder, but it just gives me an error. Opening index.html and index.php are working.

This page isn’t working right now

192.168.1.3 can't currently handle this request.

Im only aware of running apache on windows pc. Do you have xampp installed if your running on windows pc . If so then just start apache in the xampp program. and put contents in the htc'
docs folder

the script is for command line launch not to being read by the browser :slight_smile:
so

php cwseed_parse.php

I can do nodejs version but currently have no time for this :slight_smile:

Just came across this. Works well. Just having an issue with the guide not lining up with the correct times for the shows to start. Looks like it may be a time zone issue.

I see the following line in the parse.php, just not sure if anything needs to change on it. My local is New York EDT or UTC -4

if (preg_match('/(\d\d\d\d)-(\d\d)-(\d\d)T(\d\d):(\d\d):(\d\d)(-\d\d:\d\d)/', $startstring, $output)) {
    $timezone = str_replace(":","",$output[7]);
} else {
    echo "time zone niedopasowane dla: ".$startstring;
}
