Over the weekend my mac mini decided to quit booting. I have been troubleshooting for a few hours and cannot get it to boot. It looks like my next step is to erase the HD using disk utility. Our recordings for the DVR were saved on an external drive. Is the data for what to record also saved on that external drive? I obviously can't get into the web UI right now to check out what it says, but I can't remember if the DVR settings themselves are saved on the external drive or the mac HD. See screenshot below for data that is on the external drive.
