I copied a whole bunch of recorded passes into the TV folder. Is there any way to get the Database to recognize them?
Channels DVR is designed as a DVR and not a media library, so there’s currently no way to import recordings into the system.

Correct.
If you’re trying to move your DVR from one place to another, there’s a http://x.x.x.x:8089/restore wizard that lets you restore an old database from a backup. But if you have two different DVR databases and you’re trying to combine them, that’s not possible right now.
