I happen to live in between to cities that have network affiliates so I get 2 CBS 2 NBC etc. I just started my subscription and scheduled recordings. I also noticed that when viewing upcoming recording events it listed both channels for the recording. Is there a way to choose which one it defaults to? Or does it record the event twice?
The DVR will prefer channels which are favorites. You can also edit your channel lineup to hide the extra channels if you never watch them.
Either way, it won’t record twice.
Ok thanks. Yeah I have hidden some. Some have local content that’s different so I want to keep some too. That makes sense that it would prefer the favorites. Thanks!
