I'm encountering what is best described as deja vu. Video is playing, then seems to rewind 10 to 20 seconds and resumes playing, repeating what was just viewed. It is very intermittent.
I see a number of post regarding stuttering, but those descriptions don't seem to match what I am seeing.
Installation is only about a week old
Streaming is from Fubo.
Windows 10 server.
FireTV 4K client.
Streaming is not from Fubo. Streaming is from the network's website; which network is giving you issues?
Also, these types of issues are usually tied to inserted commercials with different time-bases. Can you be specific about your issues? (Otherwise, everything is just guesswork; you haven't really given any specifics.)
I've seen it on multiple channels, both live and recorded. One example is The Young and the Restless, recorded on Fubo channel 6003, WSPA CBS affiliate.
It is very intermittent, but when it occurs it happens repeatedly making it unwatchable. It's like watching Groundhog Day, but in 10 second repeats.
I have also noticed this happening on CBS 6003 on recordings of the Late Show. I guess there is some issue with those TVE streams.
