How do I delete an old "TV Everywhere" (TVE) source? In the web admin, I can add a source, but I don't see a way to delete a source. Clicking the "trash can" next to the source just deleted the guide for that source.

Clicking trash can should remove the source. Try refreshing the browser?
Unfortunately, it didn't work. Here's what it looks like

Updated, but unfortunately, that didn't work. I'm now on 2019.10.21.1943.
The "DVR:X-TVE" appeared again for Frontier after the update. However, clicking the trash can button just brings back the "Pick Guide Provider" button, but it's still not deleting the source. Screenshot attached.
Did you ever get this problem sorted out? I'm having the same issue myself. I'm wanting to re-enter my frontier account please i'm having some problems getting nfl redzone that started last week but after i delete it the source never goes away.
Unfortunately not. Still having the same issue even with the latest version (2019.12.05.0128).
Not sure if it still works (haven't tried), but maybe these still work?
You probably have to change the provider part Comcast_SSO to your provider?

There seems to be an issue specific to frontier. If someone could email [email protected] with their settings.db that would help me fix it.
