Denied Access to Web DVR Interface on Phone

I tried to access my Channels DVR from the web on my iPhone and am getting “ {"error":"unauthorized access from Xxx.xxx.xxx.xx”}”

This is despite the fact that I can access my content just fine remotely from the Channels iOS app. I can also log into the web DVR interface just fine from my laptop. Any idea why I am locked out from the web specifically on the phone?

Please connect to the DVR locally and press and hold on the “Check for Updates” button to update to the latest release.
