For some reason Descriptive video service has turned on for the Chicago Med show. Not sure how to turn it off.
There’s an audio selection menu in the player if you swipe down. You didn’t specific what device/OS and if you’re watching live or recordings so I can’t be more specific.
I just saw this on MacGyver on my Apple TV 4K latest OS. I had to switch audio to DVS to hear anything. Other shows have the DVS icon, but play fine using English. I haven't had this problem before for MacGyver. I used an HDHomeRun Connect with an antenna.
The log doesn't show anything interesting, but it is below. I thought this was a problem with my sound bar, but other shows played just fine.

What's View Details vía the DVR web UI show for that recording?
Sorry I already deleted the show. Another show The Rookie also shows DVS but plays fine with English. In the future if it happens again, I'll get the details. Thanks!
