I’ve been putting off bringing this up hoping that it would come on its own. It hasn’t, and i’m now desperate for the change to be made!!!
When viewing recordings on my AppleTV, once I open a season pass, all the episodes for that show are presented left to right in one long line. For shows with 15-25 episodes per season, and more than just a few seasons (some as many as 10) it becomes tortuous scrolling left and right to browse the episodes which could easily be more than a 100-200 episodes.
At the very least could you put each season on its own line?! Better still, could you just present all the episodes in a grid view (5 across) which would function exactly like the Home screen of the AppleTV OS? Doing it that way, it would be rare that all the episodes from a particular season wouldn’t be able to fit on the screen at one time, and scrolling down to see previous seasons would require a lot less effort.
Definitely put seasons with the most recent season at the top, and the episodes in reverse order as well (left to right, top to bottom) under each season.
