Device logs on firetv and freezing

Trying to troubleshoot a client that freezes every now and again. I submitted some logs last night if the DEV's could take a look.

In the meantime, I have read in the forums that I can view the device logs using http://192.168.x.x:57000/log

I am not able to view the logs using this URL. I have channels running while attempting this. I am using a firetv stick. What am I missing?

I just submitted another set of logs as my playback stopped again for a few seconds.

When this happens:

1. I can be behind in the timeline or live.
2. I can rewind to where the pause is/was and it does not do it again (I take this to mean it isn't in the stream itself).
3. Seems to happen on TVE and / or HDHomerun channels.

Any clue to what you see might help me.

worked out getting to the logs. Just submitted more diags... I do see this, is it significant?
