I have Channels on a couple of Nvidia Shields and I'm running the Channels DVR service on a Windows 10 HTPC. Is there any way to directly access a channel in the guide on a Shield without having to scroll through every channel in between? I know that the Shield doesn't have numerical keys to punch in the channel so I'm wondering if there is some other way to get there.
You can use Favorites. Organize them in a sequence you like, and you can set the guide to display only those channels.
If you don't mind an additional purchase, here is what I use. After some customization, it does almost everything I wanted (including direct channel tuning).
