when refreshing channels in direct tv source i am getting this error authn: POST: https://sp.auth.adobe.com/adobe-services/session: 401 Unauthorized: "Data not found". what is the fix for this?

Go through the TVE Troubleshooting Tips. You should find at least one of those tips which will get your server up and running again.
