Hey everyone, I keep getting this error when I try and reload:
States " Cable provider authentication failed"...any thoughts on how I can get it to authenticate?
I’m Directv Stream on a Synology NAS.
I just created a Directv login without issues. It’s authenticating now.
What is your server set up on?
Is your password correct?
You can select either Directv Stream or Directv for TVE. Try both.
Once you get authenticated, please,please, please do not remove source, just disable if you need to.
BTW, it does take a long time to authenticate all channels
I am Running IOS on a 2017 Mac Mini. It looks to me it keeps timing out on the Password screen for DTV (my password is correct)

You might do a search in the forum regarding Mac OS
That's a link to your Mac, 127.0.0.1 means "this computer".
Nobody else can view it.
You would have to download that png file and post it here.
Did you try what jagrim suggested
Post a snippet of your channels log after you attempt.
You should see the error that channels is reporting.
This is what the Log is showing:

I used a different browser and it took (Chrome as opposed to Safari).
