You sure you're using the latest pre-release?
https://community.getchannels.com/t/dvr-pre-release-notes/28832/9999
Chrome v114 is pretty old.

Mine was running Chrome v129 a month ago when I shut it down.

At the time I started typing the post, both of my servers (Production & Test) were on the latest pre-release. This am I saw a 'new' DVR Prelease topic. I updated both servers to the …0359 version. The Test server authenticated those channels without issue. The Production Server still does not authenticate FS1 & B10 with the same error. Both servers are Synology with channels installed from the Synology package on getchannel.com.

The only difference between the sources is the Directv User Id. I posted 17 days ago about my experience. Both the old and new id's worked on all apps and websites that I tested previously and work on the FoxSports App currently.

As far as Chrome114, it's what Channels or Synology installed as I’ve never fooled with it unless the Troubleshooting Page said to upgrade with a link.

So I have a workable solution that I can initiate when time allows.

Strange.
Are both servers using Chrome v114?

Here are log entries from mine running in the Synology package before I stopped the package last month.

Yes, both are on the same version.

Chrome version up to date: 114.0.5735.199

If you want to update chrome, here is the way to do it (still works)

Updated Chrome using curl command on both Servers.

Chrome version up to date: 129.0.6668.59

Still getting failed authentication on FS1 & B10 on Production Server but I’ll get that fixed once Directv allows me to add another source. No issues on Test server.

My steps for adding/removing Directv sources:

Add Directv as source
Confirm source as working
Delete Directv Stream as source
Add Directv Stream as source
Confirm source as working
Delete Directv as source.

That's quite the dance

I know there's been a history of DirecTV auth failures, like their servers get overwhelmed.

Related issue?

Probably. I’ve now lost TruTV on both servers. It's definitely a DTV / Stream issue. I’ve seen DTV authentication issues increase dramatically since they started rolling out the new free stuff (even on their own platform).

Well, it looks like the authentication servers are back working. I tend to believe @tmm1 that the servers don’t work on the weekend.
