In an attempt to keep imported libraries untouched, I currently have my children's Amazon Fire tablets in "kids only" and "kiosk" modes. However, they're still able to accidently remove movies from the kids section by clicking on a movie, then going to "more > Adjust Visibility > Library".
I don't think this is specific to certain clients either, as i was able to replicate it on my iOS app as well,
