Disable Time Line Hash Marks?

Is it possible to disable the 'hash marks' on the time line?
(Channels Support - Live TV)

For me I'm not sure they add anything knowing there are 15 min segments - perhaps would be good to know the dev's reason behind it so I could understand why it's there?

No.

They’re there to give a sense of length and time.

That's a shame. Personally, I find this confusing as it's not a marker one can navigate to which is what it looks like.

Never mind - Perhaps this could be an option please?
