Disabled Channel on Server Still Appearing

Not sure if anyone else has come across this. When I disable a channel in the server settings, either in my HDHR or TVE sources, the channels still appear in the guide on my clients with no guide data. The only way to get them removed is to go into the client settings and refresh the sources. Is there any way to prompt this refresh from the server side?

Which client?

I think there is a config change event but it isn't triggered in this case. Disabling a source (instead of deleting) does usually trigger a client reload.

Check your source list on the client.

There is a Sync favorites option you can use to update the client.

I'm asking if it should automatically sync without having to go into the client's setting page

No. You have to manually sync or update.

By design last I was told when you first install the app it will sync with the server however, their main intention is to have each client to be independent

Disabled channels should not appear. We will take a look.

I noticed the android app had a large update recently, but I'm still seeing this issue persist. It's not happening on my apple tv. Thanks for checking in on this!
