This feels like a bug. I should be able to manage to reenable or make other changes.
Strange, one is now opening. Possibly I just need to give it some time
I've noticed this behavior also. I just keep trying or maybe refresh the page.
sometimes after using it once the clickable area shrinks or moves down, usually clicking where the down arrow points works.
