Discontinuity_detected what does this mean

What is the cause and fix for this??
It's on al HDHR and TVE channels.

zero is good (aka false - no error detected). nothing to worry about.

This is saying the video duration was 0.015956 seconds long.
Without the rest of the log around it, hard to tell if you were trying to watch live, or if it was a recording.

The [SNR] and [MTS] stats are different things and you're missing some lines in the log you displayed, since highest_pts is an [MTS] stat. Usually from a TVE or M3U HLS source.

Thanks for reply.
Those logs are gone, but as I recall them (I cold be wrong)
It showed on every channel I tried to play.
I believe they was also mention of "authentication" failure 404... many times.
( I Forgot to do the "Troubleshooting" option but I think I did that on another occasion like this
and many many of the items on that list failed.)
I restarted CDVR, same results.
I restarted the laptop, all good.

Not sure if you're trying to say you have an issue and what the issue is, or are you just asking what the stats mean? Multiple TVE Streams - #42 by racameron

Those logs show you channel surfing five TVE channels (FNC,FOOD,COOKING,HGTV,DIY) and watching each one for 5-14 seconds. Nothing abnormal.

Well on the client the channels are not playing properly or not at all.
When I restarted the laptop all was well again.
