Hello.
I haven't used this feature in a while but had it setup & working properly when I did use it on occasion. It worked great & I assumed it still did - until I tried using it a few days ago & discovered Remote Access is no longer working. I ran Troubleshooting & saw the "red !" for Remote Access with the message: "Could not connect to 7f0f7d02edce.u.channelsdvr.net. Check if the port is mapped"
I checked Channels settings:
- Channels (pre-release) is up to date (as of yesterday)
- Remote Access is set to Automatic
- Tailscale is on & connected
I checked my router settings:
- My NUC's IP address is static/reserved.
- Port Forwarding is set to TCP (port:8089).
All was set up & working as designed; no changes made (on my end) from when it was working before.
That's about the extent of my working knowledge of troubleshooting. I could use some assistance trying to figure out what happened/what I'm missing.
