Discovery channel access denied missing package

Yesterday cox had an outage

and i lost about 100 TVE channels. Later they must have fixed something because most have been rescanned and found again.

Now Im still seeing 14 channels including discovery missing with the same error below when scanning in the server.

I can watch these live on the streaming sites after linking to cox, but im seeing this error within channels when scanning

Fixed solution found here:

Need to update password with existing password and do full rescan.
That seemed to do the trick.
