Discovery channel weirdness

Anyone else experiencing pixelated video on discovery channel today? Also happens with direct log in at their go.discovery.com site.

Logged in with cox credentials and noticed same video issues. Also could not log off their site. Had to open a vpn and log out from a different us city. Very strange.

Same thing here. Something is messed up.

Same here. Only way to get it fixed is to contact them https://gohelp.discovery.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and let 'em know there's an issue watching in a browser from their website.

About 40 minutes ago or so, I did what @chDVRuser just suggested and I submitted a technical issue to them with a screengrab as an example.
The picture keeps breaking up, it's unwatchable.

I will let you know if/when I hear back from them. For now, I have only received an automated email to confirm that they have received my request.

Gold rush was unwatchable last night

Network seems to be stable today.

Yes, I was just watching now for a little while and it looked good.

I did get a reply this morning but it was a standard response basically telling me the problem was most likely on my side and I needed to troubleshoot my network.
I replied to it and said that I knew for fact that the problem was not on my side because: 1/ I have access to more than 100 TVE streams with my DirecTV credentials and I didn't see this issue with other streams last night, and 2/ I was not the only one to complain about this issue.

Anyway, I guess somebody did something on their side and the stream is OK now. Let's hope it lasts. :slightly_smiling_face:

Also during commercials the picture was fine. When it went back to the show it was all jacked up.
